Custom Sawmilling
We have a portable bandsaw mill that we can take to the job site with us. Logs of any species can be cut up to 21′ long and 36″ in diameter! Slabs can be cut up to 24″ wide.
Log and Lumber Hauling
We have the capability to load and haul logs of any size. Depending on the job, we may bring your logs to our site for further processing.
Kiln Drying
Our rough-sawn lumber is further processed in our custom made state-of-the-art kiln. The kiln chamber is housed inside a well insulated building. All aspects of drying are monitored by a computer controlled panel to ensure drying is accurate and defects are minimized.
Custom Moulding & Trim
At BMC, we can produce about any style of custom trim and moulding that you can imagine. Our Woodmaster planer/moulder is an industrial tool that can be adapted to produce custom work up to 18″ wide. Custom knives can be ordered to match existing trim work, or you can choose from our many standard styles of casing, baseboard, chair rail, crown moulding, and panel profiles.
